Software-based submission
The Submission of Commission Records API provides direct transmission from software using the stated Corppass-based service. It suits organisations already managing commission data in a system. Read the current API specification and use the sandbox testing guide before relying on an integration. A successful local export is not the same as acceptance by IRAS; check the response and retain the submission outcome.
Online submission without customised software
Organisations without customised software can use Submit Commission Records under the More tab in myTax Portal. The page describes this route for submissions containing fewer than 500 commission-earner records and links to the online user guide and Import Excel file format. The broader service directory states an upper limit of 500 per upload; follow the current on-screen limit if operating at that boundary. Prepare authorised access, validate identifiers and income, and keep the acknowledgement for subsequent correction or reconciliation.
