Open the institution’s history
Prepare Singpass and the Reporting Singapore Financial Institution’s Singapore tax reference number. In myTax Portal, follow More > AEOI > View AEOI e-Service Transaction History. The landing page initially displays the last five transactions, so that first screen is a recent-activity view rather than the entire transaction history.
Search a date range and read pagination
Use the text box or calendar icon to choose the search-period start and end dates, then select Search. The guide states that up to 25 transactions are displayed per page after searching. If an expected transaction is difficult to locate, narrow the Transaction(s) performed from date range and search again. A single page should not be treated as the maximum number of transactions held.
Interpret the role column
Staff denotes a user authorised by the financial institution’s Corppass administrator through Corppass. Third Party Staff denotes an authorised third-party agent user. These labels show the user category for the transaction; they are not definitions of whether a submission has been accepted. This guide was published on 4 January 2022 and estimates about five minutes for the service.
