Property Tax Notices provides bills and notices for the current and past four years as stated on this page. Only the property owner can view the property’s bills and notices; that access ends after ownership ceases.
Copies obtained through IRAS
A non-portal request may incur search and document-copy fees. Representatives need the specified authorisation and identity documents. The page lists a S$20 document search fee for non-microfilmed records and different certified or uncertified per-page fees. Confirm the required documents and quoted fee with IRAS before paying; a request for copies is separate from disputing or paying the assessment.
