When an appeal is appropriate
Appeal only if you can address the rejection advisory. Without new information the outcome will not change. Submit within three months of rejection; otherwise make a new application.
Submission, authority and outcome
The main holder, appointed EA or employer acting for the main holder submits the official online form. An EA must attach signed authorisation from the main holder allowing submission on their behalf. Processing is within four weeks. MOM emails the outcome to the address in the original application.
