When an appeal is appropriate
Appeal only if you can address the rejection advisory. Without new information the outcome will not change. Submit within three months of rejection; otherwise make a new application.
Submission, authority and outcome
The main holder, appointed EA or employer acting for the main holder submits the official online form. An EA must attach signed authorisation; this LTVP page refers to authorisation from the candidate. Processing takes about four weeks. MOM emails the outcome to the address in the original application.
