Conditions and deadline
Appeal only with new information or action addressing the rejection. Submit within thirty days or make a new application under prevailing criteria. Await a recently requested particulars update before appealing.
Only the prospective employer that submitted the original application may enquire or appeal; requests from the candidate or others are not processed.
Steps and processing
Find the rejected application through myMOM > Work Passes > Quick Menu > View details, then choose Submit an appeal under Appeal for a Work Permit. Consult the linked reasons if the button is unavailable.
MOM contacts you for clarification or evidence if needed. Ninety per cent of appeals are processed within three weeks, with the outcome emailed to the appeal contact.
