When to appeal
Read the rejection advisory in the emailed letter. Appeal only when new information addresses its issues; without it the outcome will not change. Submit within three months of the rejection email, or make a new application if late.
Who submits and how
Only the applicant or authorised EA may enquire or appeal, using the linked form. An EA must attach signed applicant authorisation to appeal. MOM cannot discuss appeals in person because of volume.
Processing takes at least four weeks, sometimes longer. The outcome goes to the original application’s email address.
