Cost and permission to operate
Application is free and most cases are processed within four weeks. The DP must have at least three months remaining; renew it first if necessary. Begin operating only after receiving LOC.
Request first, then apply
Submit the initial online request. Its outcome arrives within one week. Once approved, apply for LOC through EP eService in myMOM or engage an EA. Update business turnover before submitting.
Status and further documents
Check status after three weeks. Additional-information requests may extend processing. If still pending then, check email for a document request.
Under Work Passes, choose the application record and Submit documents, or View details for the required action. Approval is emailed.
