Applying for ONE Pass Family DP: Fees, EPSC Issuance and Card Delivery

Every stage from online application to digital pass and failed-delivery collection.

Source reviewed:

Applicant, timing and cost

The main ONE Pass holder applies, or an appointed EA/employer acts on their behalf. MOM recommends waiting for ONE Pass approval, although family applications can be submitted immediately after the main application; refusal of the main pass can lose each family application fee. Submit one application per family member. Application costs S$105, issuance S$225 and applicable Multiple Journey Visa S$30. Most applications take four weeks.

Online submission and IPA

Prepare/upload the required documents and complete the dedicated official form. Pay application fee by Visa or Mastercard. Check status after four weeks. If MOM asks for more information, processing can take longer; reply directly to its email. The result goes to the application email. Approval brings an IPA with a pre-approved single-entry visa; enter and issue the pass within six months. Print the IPA and meet current travel requirements.

Issuance at EPSC

The dependant must be in Singapore and book an EPSC issuance appointment; issuance is immediate. Bring original passport, current STVP/immigration-pass details, local contact and residential information, delivery address and up to three recipients with email, mobile and NRIC/FIN/passport. A completed ONE DP/LTVP declaration and medical declaration/examination form may be required. Pay S$225 and applicable S$30 visa with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, NETS or CashCard; activate foreign-issued cards for overseas use.

Medical delay and notification letter

If medical results delay issuance, request STVP extension within the final week before expiry and attach the doctor’s memo giving the result-collection date. For 10 February expiry, submit from 3 February. After issuance the notification letter permits travel while waiting for the card, states whether registration is needed and lasts one month. Request extension if more registration time is needed.

Fingerprints, photo and digital pass

If required by the notification letter, book EPSC registration within two weeks of issuance. Bring original passport, appointment letter, notification letter and a phone with a local mobile number. MOM captures fingerprints/photo and registers Singpass. On registration day, log in to SGWorkPass with Singpass and view the digital pass; it shows status/expiry and supports access to services before the card arrives. If registration is not required, still set up the digital pass.

Delivery and unsuccessful delivery

The card arrives within five working days after registration or document verification. Recipients receive SMS/email at least one working day before delivery. If late, check that correct documents were uploaded. After two failed deliveries, the holder or authorised person may collect at EPSC three working days after the second attempt, without appointment. Personal collection needs original passport/travel document and notification letter. An authorised collector also brings holder authorisation and their own NRIC/passport, plus the holder’s original travel document and notification letter.

Newborn deadline

The application page refers to applying within six weeks of receiving ICA’s Special Pass. The dedicated newborn source fixes lawful stay at 42 days from birth, so use that birth-based deadline when arranging passport, application and any required extension.
