What the sample agreement records
The physical and digital samples identify the TADM reference, both parties and the specified employment disputes being settled. The schedule separates the nature of each dispute, the period over which money accrued and the amount claimed. The agreed settlement amount must state whether CPF or income-tax deductions are included.
Payment timetable and default
Enter the due date and amount for every instalment. Under the sample default clause, a missed instalment makes the entire unpaid balance immediately due. For example, if a S$3,000 settlement is payable in three S$1,000 instalments and the second payment is missed after the first was paid, the remaining S$2,000 becomes due under that clause.
Signing and registering the agreement
The physical form includes both parties’ signatures and an approved mediator; the digital version uses Singpass-authenticated signing. Either party may register the agreement with the District Court within the stated four-week period to give it effect as a court order. Follow the signed agreement and current court procedure rather than treating a downloaded blank form as an enforceable settlement.
