Foreign students studying in Singapore
Provide passport and Student’s Pass copies. The local employer’s letter must state purpose/duration, a detailed plan with department, attachment period and duties, and responsibility for repatriation if the trainee fails to obtain a Student’s Pass after training.
The school letter must state field of study, course duration, registration and expected graduation dates, that training is a course requirement, and the required training period.
Employees of an overseas company
Provide a passport copy and local employer letter describing the companies’ relationship, such as subsidiary, associate, joint venture, customer or subcontractor; purpose, duration, department, attachment period and duties; and responsibility for returning the trainee home after training.
Add relationship evidence such as annual reports, tax invoices or contracts and the trainee’s overseas employment contract.
