Common requirements
Submit the travel-document biodata page with any amendments. MOM may ask for additional evidence. Upload each non-English original together with its English translation as one file.
Relationship-specific evidence
A common-law spouse needs one of the three alternatives shown below; they are not cumulative.
| Relationship | Required evidence |
|---|---|
| Common-law spouse | Common-law marriage certificate; OR home-country-notarised affidavit by holder and spouse that the relationship is recognised in their home jurisdiction; OR embassy acknowledgement of that legally recognised relationship |
| Unmarried child 21+ with disabilities | Medical practitioner’s letter/report on the condition |
| Unmarried stepchild below 21 | Custody court order AND the other biological parent’s letter of no objection to bringing the child to Singapore |
| Parent | ONE Pass holder’s birth certificate naming parents |
Vaccination verification for stepchildren
Foreign-born stepchildren aged 12 or below need CDA vaccination verification for a new LTVP, including after a previous LTVP expired or was cancelled more than 30 days ago. Existing DP, LTVP and Student’s Pass holders are exempt from this document requirement.
