Identity and salary eligibility
Supply the passport particulars page including amendments. If the name differs on other documents, add both an explanation letter and support such as a deed poll. The fixed monthly salary eligibility is at least S$22,500; evidence differs according to current work status.
Currently working in Singapore
Submit three consecutive months of payslips and the latest three months of personal bank statements displaying name, account number and electronic salary payments. Add supporting employment details where applicable, the most recent IRAS assessment, contracts with current, previous and future employers, employment history and education certificates.
Currently working overseas
Submit six consecutive months of payslips and latest six-month personal bank statements showing identity, account and electronic salary receipts. Supply current and previous employer contracts, future contract, supporting employment information if applicable, employment history, education certificates and the most recent tax statement.
Not currently employed
Provide six consecutive months of payslips and latest six-month personal bank statements, the previous employer contract and future employer contract, relevant employment details, history, education certificates and the most recent tax statement. Former salary documents remain necessary even though the applicant is not now working.

MOM can request more evidence during review. For a non-English record, upload its original and English translation together as one file. A translation service provider may prepare it.
