Passport, experience and company records
Provide the passport particulars page; CV and any past employment testimonials describing experience, awards and recognition; evidence of business type and activities in earlier ventures; current Bizfile business profile or instant information if applicable; and latest financial statements if the ACRA company is more than 12 months old. Include other relevant support; MOM may request further documents.
English business plan: no more than ten pages
The plan must cover product and service offerings, market analysis, operating plan and management-team profiles in ten pages or fewer. Attach relevant support such as licensing agreements, product certificates and endorsement patents. The plan should substantiate the proposed business rather than replace the route-specific documents.
Funding and incubator evidence
For the funding route, prove at least S$100,000 from one round and the applicant’s involvement in the business, for example investment agreements and shareholder certificates. For incubator or accelerator support, supply an agreement or other evidence showing actual or intended support from the named organisation.
Previous business exit
Prove all three elements: founding, qualifying venture-backed or innovative business, and sale under the applicant’s management. Incorporation records or a signed management letter support founding, a business plan supports the business character, and the sale agreement identifying the applicant supports the exit.
IP, research and non-English records
Provide IP registration for the intellectual-property route and the Research Collaboration Agreement or comparable records for the collaboration route. Combine each non-English original and English translation into one file. A service provider can prepare the translation.
