LOC is for ICA LTVP/LTVP+ holders wishing to work in Singapore, with detailed eligibility covering spouses and unmarried minor children of citizens or PRs. An employer or appointed EA applies, and renewal is possible.
Levy, quota and legislation
No foreign-worker levy or quota applies. Relevant legislation includes Conditions of Work Pass and the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
