Address and mobile: five days
The main holder or family holder must update residential address/mobile within five days or the family holder may be penalised. Use EP eService for an immediate update, then print the acknowledgement and keep it with the card.
Passport number and expiry
Update instantly in EP eService; written requests for these two fields are no longer accepted. Automated immigration gates can be used four working days after the update.
Other particulars and supporting documents
Submit the online request with the documents below. All categories require the holder’s passport. MOM processes within seven working days and sends the outcome by post.
