After incorporation and ACRA changes
Holder or authorised representative submits the latest ACRA business profile to update EntrePass after incorporation. Later ACRA name/capital changes automatically reach EP eService by the next Monday, with no separate notification, or use the urgent update form.
Three years of turnover
Update the previous three years before applying or renewing. An employer with an EP eService account uses Work Passes > Quick Menu > Manage organisation profile and cannot ask an EA to enter it for them. An EA assisting a client without an account submits the official request. A newly opened company, nonprofit, or company without the latest year ready can select No under the relevant Turnover Available field.
Address, salary and occupation
Holder or authorised representative updates company address in EP eService and CPF if applicable. Salary changes can wait until renewal; EntrePass dependant privileges are based on business spending rather than personal salary. Request occupation changes using the closest dropdown title and relevant professional-body support; outcome normally within three weeks.
Residential address and mobile
The holder updates within five days of a change through EP eService, immediately effective. Ensure the address meets housing requirements, then print and retain a copy of the acknowledgement. Failure can result in penalties.
Passport number and expiry
Update passport number and expiry immediately through EP eService; written requests for these two fields are no longer accepted. Automated checkpoint gates can be used four working days after updating. Other personal particulars require the online request with supporting documents and normally take seven working days, with outcome emailed.
Evidence for other particulars
The passport supports all listed changes. Name changes also need a deed poll, marriage certificate or equivalent proof; birth date or birth/origin country changes need a birth certificate showing date, birth country and origin; marital status needs marriage/divorce records; Malaysian ID changes need both sides of the identity card. Nationality/citizenship and sex list the passport as support.
