Renewal window, fees and conditions
Renewal is free, with most cases within three weeks. Renew alongside DP renewal, up to six months before LOC expiry. The renewed period starts after the current LOC expires.
At submission, the DP must have at least three months left, and at least one citizen or PR employee must earn the prevailing LQS and have received CPF contributions for at least three consecutive preceding months. Renew through EP eService after updating business turnover.
Replacing a lost LOC
Report a lost LOC and request a replacement through the official linked process.
Cancellation timing and procedure
Cancel within one week after the business is no longer active. Request up to fourteen days ahead: for 15 February cancellation, submit from 1 February. Cancellation is immediate except for advance requests. Use EP eService.
