EA online and holder counter routes
An EA uses EP eService and pays by GIRO, Visa, Mastercard or Amex. No refund follows submission; approval gives both parties an emailed replacement letter.
The holder books EPSC, brings the original passport and damaged card where applicable, pays by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, NETS or CashCard and receives a replacement letter. Activate overseas use for foreign-issued cards.
Collection
Collect at EPSC four working days after approval without an appointment. Bring the original passport, replacement letter, damaged card if applicable and police report for theft, with English translation for overseas reports.
Collect lost/stolen replacements personally. For damage, a representative brings holder authorisation, their own NRIC/pass card/passport, the damaged card, holder’s original passport and replacement letter.
