Access and verify a pass
Available for iOS, Android and Huawei HarmonyOS, SGWorkPass shows latest digital-pass details without scanning a physical card and helps avoid card loss. Detailed holder information requires identity confirmation on the phone. Show the digital pass or scan its/physical-card QR code in SGWorkPass to verify validity; scan the digital-pass barcode to obtain FIN.
Salary, training and employment history
WP holders, including helpers, open Employment Info and verify by PIN, password, fingerprint or Face ID to see salary; helpers also see employer details. Employer-notified salary changes appear after one working day. Non-helper WP holders see Training Records, with active/new certificates first; rollout starts with MOM-recognised WSH courses. Employment Records shows WP history from January 2017, newest first, after identity verification.
Messages, resources and languages
Inbox contains personalised MOM/agency notifications. Emergency/Get Help lets the user tap a hotline number to call. Helpers find employment rights and duties under Quick Access > Resources. The app offers Indonesian, Malay, Bengali, Burmese, English, Mandarin, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai and Vietnamese, and the language can be changed at any time. Keep the app updated.
Invalid pass and Singpass assistance
An Invalid pass means cancelled or expired and the holder cannot continue working. Ask the employer to check and resolve the cause in WP Online or EP eService. First-time users register Singpass; existing users who cannot log in reset it using the linked language guides or a Singpass counter. Official SGWorkPass guides, FAQ, terms and privacy statement remain references.
