App verification and personal information
SGWorkPass is a Singapore-government app. For work-pass validity verification, the statement says MOM does not capture data identifying the verifier individually. If personal information is supplied, necessary information may be shared with other government agencies for efficient services unless law prohibits it. It is not shared with non-government entities except those authorised for specific government services.
Previously supplied data and safeguards
The app may display information already supplied to MOM or other government agencies for convenience. Supply updated information if it is outdated. Electronic storage and transmission of personal data are protected with appropriate security technologies.

Linked non-government websites may have different protection/privacy practices; MOM does not assume responsibility for their contents or practices, so review those notices. Use MOM’s online form for privacy-policy feedback or to request more information/access to previously supplied data. The PDF’s second page is the official Chinese rendition of the same seven clauses, not a separate privacy policy.
