The four characteristics
MOM describes a company as venture-backed or owning innovative technologies when it has raised capital from providers such as government investment vehicles, venture capitalists, corporates, family offices or angel investors; developed, produced or commercialised technology products, services or platforms; registered patents with an approved national IP institution; or maintains research collaboration with a research institution. These indicators describe the company category; an EntrePass applicant must still satisfy the relevant application requirements.
