A six-year schedule raises illustrated entry basic pay from about S$1,850 in 2022 to S$3,080 in 2029. Skills ladders support both lift and escalator work.
Context and follow-up
From January 2023, eligible staff with twelve months’ service receive at least one month’s basic pay as PWM bonus. The illustrated gross wage of around S$4,000 includes other payments, so it is not the basic floor.
