What the release reports
Four operators will provide the enhanced Primary Care Plan from 1 April 2027: SATA CommHealth in the North, St Andrew’s Mission Hospital in the South, Healthway in the East and Fullerton in the West.
Details and conditions
Annual employer charges will range from S$97 to S$113 per worker, compared with S$108–S$138 under the existing arrangement. Physical and telemedicine consultations will both have S$5 worker co-payments. Most workers should have a PCP clinic within two kilometres of their residence.

A central enrolment portal will help employers manage registration and coverage across zones. Operators will support advance booking, changes and cancellations. The release also provides a zone-by-zone clinic table, reproduced below in a compact form; proposed clinic locations remain subject to change.
