Annual prepayment is per financial year. Monthly prices are comparison figures, not a promise of monthly billing. The quotation determines included deliverables and any applicable GST.

Multiple currencies/accounts, historical catch-up work and missing evidence can change the workload.
Confirm financial statements, XBRL, ECI, corporate tax and GST work separately; they are not automatically all included.
Confirm monthly or quarterly processing, required deadlines, software subscriptions and handover arrangements.
Published bookkeeping plans start at S$100/month, with S$1,200 prepaid per financial year. Other plans are S$150, S$200 and S$250/month, prepaid at S$1,800, S$2,400 and S$3,000 respectively. Choose a plan after confirming transaction volume and scope.
The plans cover bookkeeping at the published frequency and transaction allowance, within the agreed engagement scope. Confirm how source-document processing, bank reconciliation and period-end records are handled. Financial statements, tax filings, software and multi-currency support must be confirmed separately in the quotation.
Depending on the selected scope, historical catch-up work, incomplete records, additional transactions, financial statements, XBRL, corporate tax filing, GST work, payroll, software and multi-currency processing may require separate pricing. Do not assume these are all included or all charged separately; confirm the written quotation.
There is no universal transaction-count definition across providers. Provide a sample month of invoices, receipts, bank statements and payroll records so the team can confirm the counting method and suitable plan. Confirm how multi-line invoices, transfers, refunds and adjustments are treated; a bank movement does not automatically equal one bookkeeping transaction.
Compare the published monthly allowances of 30, 80, 150 and 250 transactions, then consider reporting frequency and complexity. Multiple accounts, currencies or incomplete opening balances can affect workload. The lowest-priced plan is not automatically suitable for every small company.
The Basic plan is quarterly; Standard, SME and Advanced plans are monthly. Prices are expressed per month for comparison, but the published fees are prepaid annually per financial year. Reporting frequency and billing frequency are different.
Ask for a scope review before extra work begins. Confirm whether a higher plan or a separate quotation is appropriate, including the applicable period and any additional fees. No universal per-extra-transaction price is published here.
Confirm in the quotation whether any applicable GST is included or added, and whether financial statements, ECI, corporate tax or GST returns are within scope. Bookkeeping, ACRA filings and IRAS filings are distinct services.
