Authorised officers report RQI appointments or withdrawals within 14 days through Bizfile. Prepare the person’s identification details. The transaction is free, and appointments generally require the RQI’s own endorsement. Removing the only RQI changes the CSP’s status to cancellation in progress. A replacement must be appointed within 60 days to restore registered status; otherwise registration is cancelled.
