After registration, obtain RQI endorsements and add clients before filing for them. CSPs and RQIs must comply with the CSP Act and applicable AML, proliferation-financing and terrorism-financing requirements. Registration renewal operates on a two-year cycle. Expiry stops client filings, and failure to renew within 60 days requires registration again. RQI appointments and withdrawals must be reported within 14 days.
