For entities registered from 16 June 2025, initial controller information is filed on registration day. Later updates are due within two business days after the private RORC changes; previously exempt entities use the same interval after establishing their register. The transaction is free. ACRA does not provide an extension for these filings. Central controller information supports enforcement and is not publicly available.
