Establishing a Private Register of Controllers

Companies, registered foreign companies and LLPs must maintain a private RORC unless exempt. New entities registered from 16 June 2025 establish it on registration day. Keep the required individual or corporate controller details at the registered office or CSP’s office, physically or electronically. Previously exempt entities generally have 60 days after becoming subject to the requirement. Exemption status itself must be reported; inactivity alone is not an exemption.
