Avoid identical, undesirable and protected names. An ALLP needs the appropriate LLP ending, while a PAC uses its prescribed accounting-corporation ending. Prepare the proposed name and reservation transaction number. ACRA lists S$15 for a PAF and S$30 for an ALLP or PAC. Straightforward cases are generally approved after payment, while complex or referred applications take longer.
