Precisely which provisions start
The notice activates sections 3, 4, 5, 7 through 14 and 28 of the 2023 miscellaneous amendments Act on 1 July 2023. It was made on 11 June 2023. This short instrument supplies the appointed date for those sections; the content of each reform is contained in the Act rather than repeated in the notification.
