Address services are part of the scope
The slides distinguish registered office, business and correspondence addresses. They describe registration where these services are provided to companies, partnerships or other legal persons, alongside incorporation and officer arrangements. The programme also covers remote transactions and nominee suitability. Genuine landlord–tenant rental of physical premises is distinguished from address services and is excluded from that registration requirement.
