Annual declaration identifies where records are kept
New regulation 15B requires the annual declaration to state whether the controller register is at the LLP's registered office or at the registered office of its appointed registered filing agent. The amendment also removes the solvency-or-insolvency wording from the relevant First Schedule item. Its practical focus is the declared location of the register, not republication of controller particulars.
