Key points

The first declaration is due within 15 months of registration. Later declarations are annual and no more than 15 months apart. Ordinary LLP particulars changes generally have a 14-day deadline. Unless exempt, controller-register updates and central filings have separate timelines. Official correspondence must show the LLP’s name, UEN and limited-liability status. Converted entities also have a temporary requirement to display conversion information.
