ACRA states a 14-to-60-day approval period. Where a CSP does not file, key officers and subscribers must provide online consent within 60 days of notification. Approval brings an incorporation notice, UEN and access to a Business Profile. Coordinate consents and document readiness beforehand so that submission is not confused with completed incorporation.
