Renewing a Corporate Service Provider Registration

Scope and key points

Renewal may be submitted during the 60 days before expiry. ACRA specifies a S$400 fee and a two-year registration following approval. At least one director, owner or partner must complete the required training and test within six months before renewal. Confirm that appointed RQIs remain active. Where endorsement is required, RQIs have 14 days to complete it. Expired registration prevents client filings; failure to renew within the subsequent 60 days requires a fresh registration application.
