Partial and complete release have different effects
For a partial satisfaction or discharge, the guide allows the register status to remain or be removed. Total satisfaction or discharge defaults to removal. The amount field also differs where the charge secures all monies. An endorsed statement from the chargee is uploaded before declarations and final confirmation, linking the filing to supporting evidence of the release.
