Accounting services and address-only businesses
The FAQ says accounting providers are not all automatically registrable: the designated activities must be carried out in relation to accounting services for the same client. It separately explains the treatment of existing public accounting entities. A business providing only registered-office or business-address services still needs CSP registration and at least one registered qualified individual under the stated framework. Genuine landlord–tenant rental of physical premises is treated separately and excluded.
