Use ICA’s linked cancellation form for an ICA-issued LTVP. Prepare the holder’s current pass/identity information and follow any sponsor/authorisation and surrender instructions.
Choose the correct operation
Cancellation affects stay arrangements; check the resulting permission/departure deadline. It does not by itself renew the pass or issue work permission.
