ICA links a citizen-specific form. Adults aged at least 21 apply themselves; a parent applies for a minor. Prepare the identity/parental evidence needed for the requested record.
Choose the correct operation
The change-of-race rule permits one change before 21 and one at/after 21. After approval an IC holder must separately update the card.
