Start and identity
Use a desktop as recommended, enter age at last birthday (at least 21) and verify email by code. Fill biodata/name evidence, foreign citizenship/passport, education, employment and living/deceased family records. Each upload is at most 1 MB and requires the specified certification/translation.
Cooling-off and declarations
The guide allows a selected cooling-off period up to three months, with no extension; request withdrawal before it ends if needed, without fee refund. Complete reasons, return/loss document declarations, mandatory statutory/implications forms and the male NS form where applicable.
Payment and originals
Review declarations and pay S$35 by the supported methods. Return the original forms and relevant IC/passport/citizenship certificate by registered post to the specified ICA/mission address, keeping delivery proof. Online submission alone does not complete the required original-document step.
