Use the vessel/crew channel
Foreign sea crew and pleasure-craft owners use digitalPORT@SG for immigration applications to ICA. This is a maritime channel, distinct from an ordinary traveller’s arrival declaration.
Applications covered
The channel covers vessel/crew arrival or departure clearance, crew sign-on/sign-off, transfer between vessels and crew stay extensions. For example, moving a crew member from vessel A to vessel B is a crew-transfer application, rather than simply an individual visitor record update.
