PDF viewing and browser setup
The guide covers PDF-reader availability and pop-up permissions for ICA/payment sites. Its Windows/browser screenshots illustrate the published version, so labels may differ today. Prefer allowing the specific required site rather than disabling blocking globally.
Browser-specific chapters
Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects. Firefox: Privacy & Security → Permissions → pop-up exceptions. Safari: Preferences/Websites → Pop-up Windows. Use the relevant allowed-site entry.
Upload requirements and examples
The document-upload chapter lists JPG/JPEG/PDF, under 2 MB per file and no password protection. It gives pay.slip.pdf as a filename to avoid because of extra dots. Check connection, compress if needed and re-save the document under a different name. A particular application may set a different file limit; its upload screen takes precedence.
Re-save a PDF
The manual illustrates Save As in Adobe Reader or opening in Chrome and printing to Save as PDF, then retrying upload. Check that all pages and text remain readable after conversion.
