What the dated announcement introduced
The 4 August 2025 announcement introduced a group eCOA feature from 15 August 2025. A main applicant moving to the same new address can include up to four sub-applicants, after Singpass Face Verification. The main applicant must update their own address too; consent is required for the others.
Consent and PIN sequence
Sub-applicants consent through Singpass within five days. The main applicant can track consents, receives the new-address PIN mailer and verifies it online. Address stickers are sent for consenting applicants; non-consenting persons are not updated. The announcement also describes assistance for people unable to use the service.
