Before starting
The guide first confirms a Singapore birth/death and the eligible applicant relationship. Prepare recorded name, sex, event date and certificate/NRIC number. Choose birth/death product and login mode.
Application sequence
Enter event details, applicant name/contact/email, relationship and reason. Where authorisation is required, the letter identifies the eligible person and proxy. Upload supporting documents up to 2 MB each, review the particulars and make the declaration before payment.
