Photo preparation
Submit a new colour photograph for a new application. Printed photos should have a matte/semi-matte non-reflective finish. ICA uses ISO/ICAO-based standards and unsuitable images may delay or cause rejection. Do not digitally alter facial features or enhance the image.
Digital specifications
The recommended online dimensions are 400×514 pixels. The listed extensions are jpg, jpeg, heic, heif and png, up to 8 MB. A photo app can help with sizing, but does not waive the requirements. ICA discourages selfies; ask another person to take the photo and follow the official examples.
