Who and what to report
For a citizen, PR or long-term pass holder who died overseas, the next of kin first registers the death abroad and obtains the foreign certificate. Prepare the reporter’s ID, foreign death certificate/certified copy, deceased’s Singapore identification and relevant coffin/burial/cremation permits where available. A proxy needs authorisation and the relative’s ID.
Online submission and result
