Technology and redevelopment
The roadmap discussed QR car clearance, future APICS self-clearance and phased Woodlands expansion. It also gave dated bus-throughput examples and a peak-travel-time reduction target. For travel today, use current QR instructions and traffic updates rather than treating an old projected milestone as proof of completion.
