Audience and access
This 65-page version 3 manual explains this specific SAVE route. Use the approved agent/strategic-partner account route; the manual includes password change and logout.
Application fields
Complete each applicant’s actual details rather than copying the manual’s fictional sample identity.
| Stage | Information |
|---|---|
| Applicant | Form 14A identity/passport, nationality and background fields |
| Additional details | Purpose/dates, residence and travel information |
| Local contact | Contact identity/company, relationship, address and telephone |
| Photo | Upload the required photograph and resolve validation before preview |
| Review | Preview particulars and print/save the applicable forms |
Family list and submission
Create/review the individual family members before submitting the family application. The agent family module separates the list of family applicants, final family submission and payment. For example, adding a second family member requires that person’s own particulars and photo; the first member’s record cannot stand in for everyone.
Status, appeal and printing
Enquire by application reference or the applicant fields requested by the route; results distinguish pending, approved, refused and requests for documents. Approved e-visas can be printed/downloaded where offered. The manual explains application-result and Form 14A/notification printing. Use each person’s result rather than assuming a family/group result grants identical permission to all.
Technical examples and errors
Use the system’s own navigation and click transaction buttons once. Agent manuals describe case-sensitive passwords and contacting the overseas mission/ICA account administrator if access is revoked. The family agent manual states a 15-minute idle session limit and JPEG under 60 KB at 400×514; verify today’s upload screen before relying on an old size limit. The screenshots illustrate the published manual version; available controls/payment methods can change.
