Audience and access
This 46-page version 5 manual explains this specific SAVE route. Choose the business local-contact route, authenticate through Singpass and act under the company’s authorised access.
Application fields
Complete each applicant’s actual details rather than copying the manual’s fictional sample identity.
| Stage | Information |
|---|---|
| Applicant | Form 14A identity/passport, nationality and background fields |
| Additional details | Purpose/dates, residence and travel information |
| Local contact | Contact identity/company, relationship, address and telephone |
| Photo | Upload the required photograph and resolve validation before preview |
| Review | Preview particulars and print/save the applicable forms |
Preview, payment and acknowledgement
Review the applicant’s record before payment. The corporate route includes saved drafts and application payment. Save the acknowledgement as a PDF and retain the visa reference number for later enquiries. Payment/acknowledgement is not visa approval.
Status, appeal and printing
Enquire by application reference or the applicant fields requested by the route; results distinguish pending, approved, refused and requests for documents. Approved e-visas can be printed/downloaded where offered. The public individual manuals separately explain visa-appeal status and Form 14A printing. Use each person’s result rather than assuming a family/group result grants identical permission to all.
Technical examples and errors
Use the system’s own navigation and click transaction buttons once. Public version-5 manuals explain that an internal-error session may require closing browsers, clearing cache and signing in again; a blocked photo upload may require a different compliant photo. The screenshots illustrate the published manual version; available controls/payment methods can change.
